In summary, to access Connect, please follow these steps:
- Click on the link: https://www.connect.brains-on.com (Preferably use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
- Click on the Log in button in the top right corner of the screen
- Enter your username and temporary password as per email received from the Connect team
- Click on the blue Log in button
- You will be prompted to change your password when you log in for the first time
- Accept the Privacy Policy - Commerce Edge is POPIA compliant. You can request that we remove your personal information at a later stage
- Familiarise yourself with your Dashboard by completing the user tour: Upcoming events, Course Overview
- Please complete your profile when you get a change. Upload your profile picture and tell us more about yourself
- Please use the green Help me button at the bottom of every page in Connect if you need assistance
